Kancelaria Prawna “CERTUS” provides comprehensive legal services for companies and individuals, the scope of which includes: civil law, business law, bankruptcy and reorganisation law and bill of exchange and cheques law, labour law, banking law and administrative law.

We specialise in providing legal assistance to businesses. We undertake steps to ensure comprehensive legal coverage of all day-to-day matters related to professional business operation. Within this scope, we prepare drafts of agreements, provide opinions on existing business contracts, and prepare legal opinions. We also ensure that our Clients have proper legal organization.

We provide our Clients with legal representation in all manner of proceedings taking place before courts of all instances, including the Supreme Court, and also in administrative proceedings taking place before any government and self-government bodies.

We offer legal assistance in the form of legal advisory and consultancy in our offices, or at the Client’s premises.

To our Clients, we propose conclusion of a lump sum agreement for the provision of comprehensive legal services, or taking advantage of legal services charged by the hour.
