Arbitration

We focus on recovering debt through arbitration, as it is the quickest, the least expensive and the most effective way to satisfy the creditor. Our remuneration corresponds directly to the rate of success in arbitration. The objective of our actions in the arbitration proceedings is to obtain full payment of the amount due by the debtor, under the pain of initiating court and enforcement proceedings. On behalf of our Clients we conduct negotiations with the intention of concluding a written agreement between the parties, containing a repayment schedule, or having the debtor acknowledge the debt. In the course of arbitration we employ only lawful methods, which in the majority of cases is enough to persuade the debtor to settle the debt in order to avoid any further legal and financial consequences. If we do not have the current address of the debtor, we identify his place of residence, request the payment of amounts due, undertake lawful actions motivating the debtor to make voluntary repayment, negotiate the manner and date of the repayment of full amount, together with interest, via mail, telephone, or through personal contact.
